Player killing is allowed, but you are not allowed to
prevent others from playing or harrass them. If someone
kills you repeatedly, please report this to admin and it
will be dealt with
Also note that high level players attacking newbies is
considered harrassment and will be dealt with as such.
Also note that the Empire does not tolerate murder, and
will deal with player killing in the areas it controls.
